Returns Policy

Although we know you'll absolutely love your new Open Rode product, if you change your mind for any reason we'll happily refund you in full under the following conditions:
- the product is returned within 30 days of purchase (we suggest you fit it to your bike as soon as you receive it to ensure it suits)
- the product must be returned in its original packaging and carton, with any tags attached
Products purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Products purchased on sale are eligible for a store credit, unless faulty. If faulty, you will be able to receive an exchange or a full refund.
Any domestic returns will be charged a $10 shipping fee (deducted from your final refund or store credit) unless your product is deemed faulty.

To start a return, contact us at hello@openrode.co, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and faults

Please inspect your order upon receipt and get in touch immediately if the item is defection, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item or colour. We will then be able to instruct the best course of action.

Exchanges

If you receive a faulty item and opt for an exchange, we will be happy to facilitate this once the faulty item is returned (at no charge to you). 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
