WHEN IS ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

Each order placed before 3pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day.

All orders placed after 3pm AEST on a Friday and over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next business day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ROAMING BIKE BASKET DOESN'T FIT ON MY BIKE?

Before checking-out, please check here to make sure I fit.

If you receive your Roaming Bike Basket and it is too small for your rear bike rack, please get in touch. We will happily arrange a return and keep you posted on any future products that are better suited!

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If for any reason you need to send back your Open Rode product, please see our returns page to find out how to organise a return.

IS MY ROAMING BIKE BASKET WATERPROOF?

Although the details on the basket are made out of stainless steel and therefore won't rust, we wouldn't recommend leaving it out in the rain for extended periods of time.

A little bit of water won't hurt it, just like you would take care of your bike, your basket should live undercover and out of the weather where possible.
